The exercise series is all from the comfort of your chair! No need to stand up or get on the floor. Just grab a sturdy chair and follow along. If you’d like to add a challenge, feel free to use a pair of light dumbbells, but all exercises can be done with just your body weight. Let’s move at your pace and enjoy every minute together!

In this routine, I use a few simple tools like dumbbells, a yoga block, and a TheraBand, but don’t worry if you don’t have those at home. I encourage you to get creative, using pillows, scarves, or even soup cans can work just as well! The focus is on moving safely, confidently, and consistently. So stand near a sturdy surface for support if needed, gather whatever props you have nearby, and let’s get strong together!
