We love making movement something to look forward to! Our themed challenges are designed to add a spark of fun and community to your routine. With creative prompts and friendly goals, these challenges help participants stay consistent, cheer each other on, and celebrate every milestone, big or small, together. It's about progress, connection, and enjoying the journey along the way.

May Goal
May is a great time to refocus on your health and wellness with gentle, intentional movement and renewed motivation.
Set a simple movement goal for the month: aim for 15–20 minutes of movement, 3–4 days per week. Whether it’s walking, stretching, balance work, or light strength training, choose activities that feel safe, enjoyable, and realistic for you.
Instead of focusing on perfection, focus on progress and consistency. As we celebrate National Senior Health and Fitness Day on May 28th, let this month be a reminder that every step toward better health matters. Let’s keep moving forward together!
June Goal
June is the perfect time to enjoy the longer days and build healthy habits that help you feel strong, energized, and connected.
This month try setting a new wellness goal: drink more water throughout the day, spend time outside when possible, and aim for 20–30 minutes of movement at least 4 days per week. Walking with a friend, gardening, chair exercises, or light stretching are all great ways to stay active during the summer months.
Remember, healthy aging is about small daily choices that support your body and mind. Focus on feeling your best, celebrating progress, and finding joy in movement all month long!
