Monthly Movement Challenges & Events

We love making movement something to look forward to! Our themed challenges are designed to add a spark of fun and community to your routine. With creative prompts and friendly goals, these challenges help participants stay consistent, cheer each other on, and celebrate every milestone, big or small, together. It's about progress, connection, and enjoying the journey along the way.

Running Gear

August Goal

Aim for 3 workouts per week or a total of 25,000 steps weekly. Pick whichever option gets you moving safely and consistently! Walking, gentle strength, stretching, or balance exercises are all great options.

Since National Senior Citizens Day is August 21st, celebrate by joining a special community activity, like a group walk, stretch session, or another event that honors your strength, wisdom, and commitment to healthy aging.

Let’s keep moving, stay connected, and celebrate all that we are!

September Goal

As the seasons begin to shift, let’s focus on consistency and variety! Aim to move your body at least 20 minutes a day, 5 days a week.

Since Falls Prevention Awareness Week is recognized in September, dedicate one of your weekly sessions to try simple moves like standing on one foot near a chair, practicing sit to stands, or practicing heel-to-toe walking.

Small steps today build confidence and strength for tomorrow. Let’s welcome fall with energy, resilience, and steady steps forward!
