We love making movement something to look forward to! Our themed challenges are designed to add a spark of fun and community to your routine. With creative prompts and friendly goals, these challenges help participants stay consistent, cheer each other on, and celebrate every milestone, big or small, together. It's about progress, connection, and enjoying the journey along the way.

January Goal
A new year is the perfect time to begin again. To begin gently, intentionally, and with hope.

Set a simple movement intention for the New Year: aim for 15–20 minutes of movement, 3–4 days per week. Whether it’s walking, stretching, balance work, or light strength training, choose activities that feel safe, enjoyable, and realistic for you.

Instead of focusing on resolutions, focus on progress and consistency. Let’s welcome the New Year by moving forward together!
February Goal
February is Heart Health Month making it the perfect time to focus on movement that supports heart health and overall wellness.
​
Aim for 3 workouts per week or a total of 30 minutes of movement most days. Activities like walking, low-impact cardio, water exercise, or light strength training are wonderful ways to keep your heart strong and your body energized.
​
As a special challenge, try participating in one heart-healthy community activity this month. This could be a group walk, fitness class, or movement session with friends or family.
